Description of the production cycle of the plant
The bundles of sawn goods already dried to 14-18% moisture , even on lath , are placed
in a max of n. 3 packages at one time on the destacker input.
The packages are raised, folded and destacked by operator.
The laths fall on a carpet below and collected in a holding tank.
The boards, checked and eventually overturned or discarded, may proceed directly to
the station of automatic entrance to moulder or can be diverted to the edging centering
Primultini 1100 with feed rate up to 75 m / min, with six hydraulically powered feed rollers.
The split boards are sent to the station of automatic entrance to moulder WEINIG
Hydromatic 22 B with nine engine and feed speeds of 120 meters per minute.
On exit, the planed boards go through a station selection quality.
Here a technician checks the quality and operates by a lever control the finished product
that it will be forwarded into different grading A and B that it will be packaged and
wrapped with a plastic film and the C quality will be dropped on trolley.
The products will be closed on bundle and they will be appropriately covered with a 5
